is a national demonstration project for the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, a key demonstration project for the relocation and transformation of hazardous chemical production enterprises in densely populated urban areas, and one of the top ten industrial projects in Hunan Province in 2022. In addition, they have planned to complete CCCC in the first quarter of next year and put it into production in the second quarter. After the completion of the project, they can double the production capacity. And then they can drastically reduce resource occupation and energy consumption emissions. Therefore, Yueyang will become one of the largest caprolactam production bases in China in one stroke, driving the development of downstream 100 billion industrial clusters. And then the successful energization of the substation indicates that they have preliminarily completed the power system of the project.

Meanwhile, the new site is located in Yueyang Green Chemical Industry Park, Yunxi District, Hunan Province, with a straight-line distance of 3.1 kilometres from the Yangtze River.
