Calcium Formate application:
Used as a rapid setting agent, lubricant, and early strength agent for cement. Used in building mortar and various types of concrete to accelerate the hardening speed of cement and shorten the setting time, especially during winter construction, to avoid slow setting speed at low temperatures. Quick demolding enables the cement to increase its strength and be put into use as soon as possible. Application of calcium formate: various dry mixed mortars, various types of concrete, wear-resistant materials, flooring industry, feed industry, leather industry. The amount of calcium formate used and precautions to be taken is about 0.5-1.0% per ton of dry mortar and concrete, with a maximum addition of 2.5%. The dosage of calcium formate gradually increases with the decrease of temperature, and even if 0.3-0.5% is applied in summer, it will have a significant early strength effect
