Storage
Firstly, stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse with high ignition and heat sources. And then, the temperature of the warehouse shall not exceed 32 ℃ and the relative humidity shall not exceed 80%. In addition, stored separately from oxidants, halogens, halides, etc.Do not mix it . Secondly, explosion proof lighting and ventilation facilities shall be used. They cannot use mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to spark. Further, they should equip the storage area with appropriate materials to contain leakage.
Application
Firstly, they use it as an oxidizing absorbent and also for the preparation of phosphoric acid and other phosphides. Phosphorus can be divided into yellow phosphorus and red phosphorus. Yellow phosphorus (also known as white phosphorus) is used in pesticide production. And then, it is the starting material for preparing all phosphorus containing pesticide intermediates. It reacts with sulfur to obtain phosphorus disulfide, and reacts with chlorine to obtain phosphorus trichloride, thus obtaining a series of other phosphorus containing intermediates of Chemicalbook. In addition, use yellow phosphorus to produce phosphoric acid, use a small amount to produce red phosphorus and phosphorus pentoxide, use military to manufacture incendiary bombs, signal bombs, etc., and to produce ferrophosphorus alloys, medicine, organic raw materials and other industries.
Secondly, used to produce phosphorus compounds such as thermal phosphoric acid, phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxychloride, phosphorus pentasulfide, and raw materials for manufacturing organic phosphorus pesticides such as trichlorfon, methamidophos, chlordimeform, fenitrothion, dichlorvos, and rodenticide Chemicalbook. Further, they use small amount to produce red phosphorus and phosphorus pentoxide.
